Bromley resident and London Hairdresser of the Year, Darren Bain of HOB Salons formally opened new hair and beauty facilities at Bromley College of Further & Higher Education, along with the Deputy Mayor of Bromley, Councillor Gordon Norrie and Eve Taylor O.B.E.

Local hair and beauty professionals mingled with celebrities at the launch event of Bromley College's new state of the art hair and beauty salons "Enhance", sponsored by Vivid Interiors.

Guests included College Governors, representatives from local businesses, L'Oreal, VTCT and local schools. Attendees to the launch were taken on a tour around the salons, whilst Darren Bain and Eve Taylor were on hand to offer advice and share their knowledge in group question and answer sessions.

HOB Educator Darren Bain said, 'The facilities here are absolutely amazing, just like a West End salon. When I started out, there wasn't this sort of facility available. Teaching is my passion and I realised the more I was teaching, the more I was learning myself. Education is the way forward for everyone in hairdressing and any student should be proud to work and study here'.
