HOB Salons raise double their target for Great Ormand Street Children's Hospital

Going above and beyond, HOB Salons Hatch End put their fundraising skills to the test recently when they doubled their target for the Great Ormand Street Children's Hospital Charity.

Known for their welcoming vibe and strong community atmosphere the salon team were supported with donations from local restaurants, beauticians, cake stores and fellow Hatch End Residents.

The generosity didn't stop there as clients pitched in and baked cakes for the salon to sell including some spectacular creations like a tint bowl and brush cake that defied the odds of gravity and a hippo in a bath.

Donning crazy wigs for the two day fund raising frenzy on Friday the 28th and Saturday the 29th February, the team managed to spectacularly double their £1,000 target and raised a phenomenal £2,044.53 with a cake sale and prize raffle.

Delighted with the donation, GOSH are excited to put the money towards a new respiratory unit at the hospital.
