Paul Simbler's business acumen is illustrated in the strength of the hob salons group. Paul is a founding member of hob salons which began in Mill Hill over 25 years ago. In the intervening years his role has grown to become guardian of a business employing 400 staff with a multi million pound turnover. He remains connected and passionate about the day-to-day running of the group, which now includes franchise salons and a bustling Academy. His astute nature has meant that HOB is built on strong foundations and run on clear commercial guidelines, providing a blueprint for future success. Paul believes that the corporate strength lies in the united goals of the three directors and his beliefs are endorsed through recognition and accolades from the industry. Paul spends much of his time in the salons, liaising with staff and keeping in touch with the needs of his clientele.
