Director
Clive Collins has been focused on ensuring that hob salons provides the very best in customer care and service since the first salon opened in Mill Hill in 1983. His high energy leadership skills and talent at spotting potential continue to play a significant role in the development of the salon group. Clive applies his experience and knowledge every day on the salon floor where he spends a significant portion of his time with his devoted management team. He firmly believes in growing talent, offering staff a comprehensive career path from junior level through to owning and operating their own salon. Since the introduction of franchising in 2003 Clive ensures that the group continues to grow in tune with their original vision of uncompromising quality and service. His entrepreneurial flair has contributed to the group winning numerous business awards and the popularity of the How To Build Your Column course he teaches at the HOB London Academy has further endorsed his role as an industry business guru.
