Since opening the first hob salon in 1983 in Mill Hill, North-West London, Clive Collins has been instrumental in building the business to the success it is today.
A great motivational leader, Clive is often found on the salon floor inspiring staff with his upbeat and enthusiastic approach. Working closely with management to drive and develop the business, Clive has a gift for spotting potential talent. He firmly believes in growing talent, offering staff a comprehensive career path from junior level through to owning and operating their own salon.
He is passionate about raising and maintaining standards within the company in order to offer the very best service to their clients and Clive’s entrepreneurial flair is instrumental in bringing new business ideas into the company especially with regards to marketing and promotions.
